Jim Miller

Mr. Miller brings to Supply Chain Equity over a decade of wholesale distribution financial advisory experience. He has worked with more than two dozen leading wholesale distributors, including over a dozen "top-100" distributors in various market segments. Former transactions include public corporations such as Premier Farnell plc and leading privately-held wholesale distributors such as Edson Electric Supply and Stuart C. Irby Company. He has worked intensively with acquirers of distribution organizations providing comprehensive industry searches, company screening and due diligence services such as competitive analysis, profitability enhancement evaluation and growth opportunities review to corporations and private equity funds as they considered distribution-related investments.

Prior to co-founding Supply Chain Equity, Jim founded, built and headed the Distribution Advisory Practice at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company. As a leading expert in the field of wholesale distribution, he has been a featured speaker at numerous industry conferences and events including the NAW Executive Summit, the NAW Billion Dollar Company Summit, TUG (Infor), S.I.D.A and annual executive forums sponsored by Activant and Strategic Pricing Associates. In addition, Jim is a contributor to leading trade publications and has written for Electrical Wholesaling and OUTLOOK 2006 and 2009: An Executive's Companion to Facing the Forces of Change. Excerpts of his work have been published in Industrial Distribution, TED Magazine, and Modern Distribution Management. He is an Associate Member of the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors

Nir Gabriely

Mr. Gabriely co-founded Supply Chain Equity Partners in 2007. He is responsible for sourcing supply chain investment opportunities, executing transactions and direction of the firm's investment strategy. Nir leads the sourcing of debt and mezzanine financing and structuring SCE's transactions. He plays a significant role in working with the firm's portfolio companies on business strategies, budgets, and operational and financial analyses.

Nir has eleven years of extensive corporate finance advisory experience including debt and equity capital raises and financial restructuring assignments. Prior to co-founding Supply Chain Equity, Nir led the Capital Markets activities at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company.

At BGL, Nir has been involved with over 25 transactions and has led over ten recapitalization and capital raise assignments and six restructuring cases. He's noted for his creativity and expertise in structuring complex transactions working with banks, financial institutions, equity investors, executives and shareholders to successfully negotiate and complete a transaction. His experience ranges from advising large publicly traded companies to small privately held businesses, including executed transactions for private equity and buyout funds.

Prior to BGL, Nir was the corporate financial analyst at LanOptics, a publicly traded developer and supplier of datacom products, where he was responsible for the annual corporate budget plan, financial reporting and cost accounting.

Jay Greyson

Mr. Greyson brings to Supply Chain Equity Partners almost 30 years of combined operating and corporate finance experience. Uniquely, Jay combines his finance background with over a decade of extensive experience in the manufacturing, marketing, applications, sales and distribution of industrial products and services. At SCEP, Jay is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, structuring, negotiating and executing complex financial and capital raising transactions. In addition, he typically leads the development of the strategic & tactical planning and execution initiatives at SCE's portfolio companies. Prior to co-founding Supply Chain Equity, Jay established and led the Engineered Products and Automation, Controls & Electrical ('ACE') practice groups at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, a regional investment banking firm, and served as the global practice leader within the Global M&A organization. Jay has served public corporations such as Cookson Group plc, Corrpro Companies and Eaton Corporation; and privately held businesses in industries ranging from ACE-related markets to wholesale distribution.

Over the years, Jay has been the recipient of seven M&A industry awards, including Industrial Distribution / Manufacturing Deal of the Year in North America, Turnaround Deal of the Year, and the coveted Dealmaker of the Year (recognition awarded annually to one "dealmaker" in North America).

During his 18 years in industry prior to joining Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, Jay held positions in industrial businesses ranging from Vice President and General Manager of a $75M+ manufacturer of electrical products and systems, to GM and National Sales Manager of the $100M+ U.S. operations of one of the world's largest manufacturers of automation and controls products, to GM of the U.S.' leading supplier of highly engineered gas handling components sold primarily to the appliance industry. In addition, Jay developed and managed three North American distribution channels and sales organizations. His industry experience encompasses business development, sales, marketing, product management, engineering, operations, turnaround management, and general management.

Tre Mischka - Director

Mr. Mischka is involved in all aspects of evaluating investment opportunities, transaction due diligence as well as working with existing portfolio companies.

Tre has played a significant role in executing a number of the firm's recent investments including SCE's acquisition of Storage Battery Systems.

Prior to joining SCE, Tre was an investment banker with Robert W. Baird, as a Director in the Distribution/Logistics team, where he worked on transactions in the distribution industry exceeding $3 billion, including advisory assignments with private equity owned value-added distributors. Tre has worked with some of the leading distribution companies in the United States, including MSC Industrial Direct, WESCO International, and Hughes Supply.

During his 15+ years in the investment banking industry, Tre accumulated a wealth of diversified experience in middle-market acquisitions, divestitures and financial management with an emphasis on the distribution and logistics industries.

Tre is a CPA and his advisory experience is supplemented by his operating experience as CFO of a multi-branch, closely-held distributor of electronic repair parts and satellite reception equipment to the dealer market and industrial users in the southeastern United States. As CFO, Tre was responsible for all accounting, financial management and IT decision support.
